今天收到godaddy美国主机客服人员发来的警告邮件，大致内容是说我不应该在我的godaddy主机空间存放大量的跟网站无关的文件，我帐号下的godaddy主机只能存放被网站引用或者跟网站相关的普通文件，而不能把godaddy主机空间作为文件存储服务器使用，因为这种行为违反了godaddy的服务条款。然后要求我在2天内（7月2日）之前删除这些违规存放的文件，并且回复邮件或打电话给他们确认。邮件中还给出了违规存放文件最严重的文件夹名字。
邮件内容如下（隐去文件夹名）:

It has come to our attention that your zhenti8.com hosting account is being used as a file repository. This is a direct violation of our Terms of Service. All files that are stored on a hosting account, must be used for a working traditional website. You have until 7/2/09 to remove all the files not being referenced to a website. Specifically, the following are currently in violation:

很强大吧，哈哈，被洋鬼子威胁了，不照做就要删除我的帐号文件。呵呵，说实在，违规不是我故意的，存放大量的大文件在那个目录我是有原因的，因为godaddy的虚拟主机是多个人在一个服务器（废话，虚拟主机都这样），而上次我的程序总是出错提示硬盘空间不足，ftp上传文件也提示存储空间不足，我就感觉应该是服务器硬盘空间被同服务器其它站点使用完了，为了在我购买的空间大小范围内抢占空间，我就预先上传了300m的一个大文件到我的空间下一个目录里，并通过godaddy的文件管理对那个文件进行了多次重命名复制，这样很快就在服务器上占去了大量空间，大概有几个G的空间吧。后来每次遇到硬盘空间不足的信息，我就删除一个我自己的垃圾文件，释放一些来自己用，哈哈，强大的招式。
一直以来也没出什么问题，也没收到godaddy的违规通知，都快一年了，可最近不知道godaddy客服人员为什么会发邮件来通知。呵呵，虽然不爽，不过感觉godaddy的客服质量还是可以的，至少人家根据条理找出问题并通知你，让你限期改正，比起国内一些主机空间直接无理由删除你的帐号要好多了。
既然违规了，俺就改正，^_^，删除了几个G的垃圾文件，然后回复邮件给godaddy客服人员。写中文？人家可不懂，写英文？俺又不懂！没法，想了几句简单的话，在翻译软件的帮助下，完成了简短的回复邮件 ，内容如下（不要笑话我）：
Hello ~
I have very sorry.
Problem has been corrected .
I have deleted the files .
如何，够简单吧，不过应该说明问题了，不知道godaddy客服是否能看懂呢。
